Dr. Rana Kandil

Dr. Rana Kandil is a lecturer, researcher, and architect with extensive experience in academia and professional practice. She has taught undergraduate courses, delivered specialized training programs, and led interdisciplinary projects bridging technology and design. She holds a Baccalaureate and master’s degree in architectural engineering & environmental design from Arab Academy for science, technology, and maritime transport, alongside an MBA from the University of South Wales, UK. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Lincoln, specializing in AI and Machine Learning applications in building decarbonization to raise public awareness of urban carbon footprints. With over a decade of combined academic, research, and industry expertise, Dr. Kandil has worked at the intersection of sustainable design, advanced computation, and behavioural science. She is passionate about integrating cutting-edge technologies—such as AI, digital twins, and immersive platforms—into education, architecture, and environmental innovation. In 2025, she launched Phoenix Global Education, a pioneering educational consultancy and event platform dedicated to fostering global knowledge exchange and innovation. She is also the visionary behind FutureEd Expo 2026, a landmark international event bringing together leaders from AI, education, architecture, construction, medicine, engineering, and emerging future skills sectors.

Dr. Ayman Elzamarany

Dr. Ayman ElZemrany is a professor in the Department of Architectural Engineering at Alexandria University, where he has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. In parallel to his academic career, he leads ElZemrany Architecture and Planning Services, an award-winning practice delivering major projects across Egypt and the UAE. He holds a Baccalaureate, Master’s, and PhD in Architecture from Alexandria University, where his expertise spans architectural design, urban planning, and sustainable development. As a strategist for Phoenix Global Education in Egypt, Dr. ElZemrany brings a unique combination of academic excellence, professional leadership, and market insight.With decades of experience bridging academia and large-scale practice, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s vision, building partnerships, and guiding its expansion into Middle Eastern markets. His strategic approach ensures that Phoenix Global Education’s projects combine innovation, practicality, and cultural relevance.

Dr. Wasima AlGarem

Dr. Wasima AlGarem is a lecturer in the Department of Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport. She is also a PhD researcher at Alexandria University, specializing in sustainable architecture and urban development. With an extensive academic career, Dr. Wasima has taught undergraduate courses, mentored students, and contributed to curriculum development. Within Phoenix Global Education, she serves as Program & Content Director as well as Partnerships and Outreach Manager, leading the design of innovative academic programs, building strategic collaborations, and co-organizing the FutureEd 2026 event. Her combined expertise in teaching, program creation, and partnership management ensures that Phoenix Global Education delivers impactful educational initiatives and maintains strong relationships with academic, industry, and governmental stakeholders.

With expertise in front-end and back-end development, Farida brings a unique blend of technical skill and creative vision to her role. She plays a key part in supporting the FutureEd 2026 event by developing and integrating interactive online features, coordinating virtual participation, and managing the technology that connects in-person and online audiences. Ahmed is a seasoned Tech Product Manager, recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between technology innovation and business strategy. With extensive international experience across Egypt, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UK, and Canada, Ahmed has delivered scalable, market-ready digital solutions that enable organizations to grow, adapt, and lead in competitive industries.

His career reflects a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. On the technology side, Ahmed has led projects in web development, mobile applications, ERP customization (Odoo, ERPNext), automation, and IoT integration. On the business side, he has guided organizations through digital transformation, go-to-market strategies, process optimization, and customer experience enhancement. This dual perspective allows him to design and manage products that not only work seamlessly but also align with core business objectives and generate measurable value.

In Egypt, Ahmed empowered SMEs to digitize operations and unlock new revenue streams. In Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE, he supported enterprises in adopting ERP, automation, and IoT solutions to increase efficiency and competitiveness. Meanwhile, in the UK and Canada, he contributed to projects that emphasized global product management standards, compliance, and market expansion strategies, strengthening his expertise in building products for both local and international audiences.

Ahmed’s approach is driven by a global mindset, combining user-centric design, technical innovation, and strategic insight.
